If you only need a small number of tubes, you can buy as few as 500 units in one of our standard sizes, either plain or printed, directly through our online shop.

Certainly, we offer a mixed assortment package that you can request from us. This package comprises of tubes that we have previously produced for other customers in various sizes and designs. Additionally, you can acquire a sample from our standard size range directly from us. What is the turnaround time for producing personalized cardboard tubes?

The delivery of samples takes around 2 to 3 days. On the other hand, once the print proof is approved, the production of custom cardboard tubes usually takes about 2 weeks. Where are the tubes you produce made?

Our custom-made factory spanning over 60,000 square feet in Dongguan, which is renowned for its manufacturing capabilities, is where all our production occurs. This means that China is where our manufacturing takes place.

We will provide your designer with a cutter guide to create the artwork, which they can then send to us. After receiving your design, we will send you a PDF proof for your review and approval before proceeding with the printing of the outer wraps. Once you give us the green light, we will commence the production process, which usually takes approximately 2 weeks.

Which details are necessary to provide in order to obtain a price estimate?

We do need the dimension, graphic designs, quantity and shipping address from you to estimate the total cost. If you have no idea about the dimension, you can send us the size of your products. If you don't have the graphic designs, please send us the texts, patterns and ideas then our team can work out the graphic design for you for free.

Yes, we can help you on graphic design and work out the artwork for you, it is better to leave that to more creative folk. We focus on turning your ideas into great finished tubes.

Is it possible for you to stuff or load my tubes?

Yes. We do have facilities for packing or fulfilment services if your products are purchased in China, then you can ask your vendor to send the goods to our factory, we can pack your products into the cardboard tubes.
